You can allow as much credit as you want to your customers. BUT if there is no credit on your reseller account, your customers won't be able to call, no matter how much you have allocated them.

Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (WebcallDirect) user name.

When do call charges take effect?^ top
Call charges take effect once your customer is connected to the telephone number he has dialed i.e. once the call has been answered. If there is no answer or the line is engaged you will not be charged for the call.
What's the difference between calling cards and WebcallDirect ?^ top
Actually there's no diffence between calling cards and WebcallDirect. Just like virtual calling cards you register your number and then you sms an access number.
When our system doesn't recognize your number, you'll be asked for your personal code which you have received by registration and can be found in your account.
The advantage of WebcallDirect is the easy way to add credits to your account, over and over again. For calling cards it's often necessary to buy a new card every time you run out of credits.
How long does my credit last for calls?^ top
The credit you have purchased will NOT expire.
What's the deal with the Freedays?^ top
Buying credits entitles you to 60 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 60 days at no costs. When the 60 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations.
How much will I be charged for my calls?^ top
Calls will be charged at the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees! If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 5 eurocent starting fee.
Can a company sign up?^ top
Yes, just tick the 'company' box when registering. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.
I got the message "Fair use policy exceeded" what does that mean?^ top
WebcallDirect offers free* calls to various destinations. However we reserve the right to limit these free calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Please consult our terms of use for details.

We offer calls to various destinations. If you use of our services in a normal way you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?^ top
This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.
